Refund and Returns Policy
At Minitori, we strive to provide high-quality custom stationery, handmade gifts, and personalized products. While we hope you love what you ordered, if for any reason you are not satisfied, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
Refund and Return Timeframe

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, customized products, personalized gifts, and items like greeting cards, photo frames, and any engraved goods are non-returnable. For these, please double-check the customization details before placing your order.

Items that are damaged or incorrectly delivered due to our error are always eligible for a return or exchange. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if this occurs.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

Any item with signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] and send your item to: 977/B/2, Sri Jayanthi Mawatha, Hunupitiya, Wattala.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during the purchase process and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later gifting, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to 977/B/2, Sri Jayanthi Mawatha, Hunupitiya, Wattala.. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
