All products listed on Minitori are available for purchase on a pre-order or upon request basis unless otherwise specified. Minitori does not carry stock for all products, and all items are processed upon customer request.

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.

Minitori strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information is accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Minor variations may occur due to differences in display screens, image quality, or other factors.
3. Online Transactions
3.1 Payment Methods
Minitori accepts the following payment methods:
Credit and Debit Cards
Koko Payments (Processing fees apply as described below)
Bank Transfer (If applicable)
3.2 Processing Fees
All online payments, including payments made through Credit/Debit Cards and Koko Payments, are subject to processing fees. The processing fees will be added to your total order value at checkout. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you are aware of and agree to these fees.
Credit/Debit Card Payments: A 3.5% processing fee will be added to your transaction amount.
Koko Payments: A 10% processing fee will be added to your transaction amount.
3.3 Order Confirmation
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the details of your order. Please note that this email is a confirmation of receipt, not a guarantee of order fulfillment.
3.4 Transaction Security
We use secure encryption methods to protect all personal and payment details shared during the checkout process. However, Minitori is not liable for any unauthorized access or loss of information that may occur outside our control.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery Time
Orders will be processed and shipped according to the timeline specified for each product. Pre-order items will be shipped once the products are ready. Delivery time may vary depending on the item, location, and external factors like shipping service delays.
4.2 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. These fees are non-refundable, and the customer will bear the cost of shipping returns as well.
4.3 International Shipping
At this time, Minitori offers limited international shipping. Please contact us before placing an order for international shipping quotes and details.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
5.1 Return Policy
General Items: Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customized and Gift Items: These are non-returnable. Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
5.2 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any refunded amount will be minus the return shipping charges.
5.3 Damaged Goods
If your item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product. You must provide video proof of the damage. After inspection, Minitori will either refund or replace the damaged product at no additional charge.
5.4 Refund Process
Refunds for accepted returns will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the processing of refunds. Refunds for sale or discounted items are not permitted.
5.5 Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed if the item is defective or damaged. Customers wishing to exchange items must notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the product.

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Minitori and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Minitori.
